If you want to return a product you purchased through Skroutz, you can submit a return request directly from your account.
- Log in to your Skroutz account.
- Click on the icon of your account and select "Orders".
- Click on "Did you face a problem?", next to the order you want to return.
- Choose the product you want to return.
- Select the reason why you want to return the product.
- Choose whether you want a refund or to replace the product, if the option appears.
- Fill in the "Comments" field with more information.
- Upload a photo of the product.
- Confirm that you have been informed about the Return Policy.
- Proceed to "Pick-up Details".
- Choose the best time and day to have the courier pick it up from your location.
- Submit your request.
