How to Purchase the Services
Once you add an eligible product to your cart, you’ll see the available insurance options, along with their costs and duration.
To complete your purchase, you’ll need to read and accept the Information Document and the Terms & Conditions.
For Greece:
For Cyprus:
You can pay for the service online or by cash on delivery. In the case of cash on delivery, the payment will be made to the courier upon receipt of the product.
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation for the insurance service.
Once your product is delivered, we will automatically forward the required information to Allianz, and they will email your insurance policy within a few business days.
If your order was paid with invoice issuance, you’ll need to fill in some details in the form:
My Account > Orders > Device Insurance, so that your insurance policy can be issued.
The information we’ll need includes the receipt number you received from the store and the serial number of the product. You can find the serial number either on the product’s box or on the product itself.
We will forward the above details to Allianz Partners, and within a few business days, you will receive your insurance policy by email.
What to Do If Your Device Is Damaged or Malfunctions
If your product develops a fault within the manufacturer’s 2-year warranty period, please contact us and follow the return process instructions.
For any damage or accidental incident outside the manufacturer’s warranty, and provided you have purchased an insurance plan, contact Allianz Partners:

You will need:
- Your insurance policy number (e.g., GDxxxxxxxxxxxxx)
- The purchase receipt for the device
Can I Cancel My Insurance Policy?
The additional warranty service is automatically cancelled if you choose to cancel the product order.
However, if you wish to receive the product but cancel only the warranty extension, you’ll need to contact our support team.
Additionally, you can cancel your insurance policy if you’ve changed your mind and haven’t used it, within 14 days from the date of delivery. In that case, you’ll need to send the withdrawal form, which can be found at the bottom of this page, to the following contact details:

The insurance company will inform you about the amount of the premium to be refunded by Skroutz.
Finally, if you return a product that includes the warranty extension, the insurance policy will be cancelled and the service cost will be refunded. If the product is returned due to a defect, the service will only be cancelled if the defect is confirmed and a refund is issued.
