You can browse available listings and find products that interest you on the Skoop by Skroutz page. Each product page displays full details, including item condition (new or used), listing date, specifications, and photo gallery.

Klarna (pay now or split into up to 3 installments for orders between €20–€1,300)
IRIS Direct Bank Transfer
Not Supported: Cash on Delivery (COD), standard credit card installment plans, and consumer financing programs ("Installments for All" via NBG, Alpha Bank, Eurobank, TBI Bank, or Piraeus Bank).
Coupons & Gift Cards: Orders can be combined with promotional coupons and gift cards.
Invoices: B2B invoice issuance is not available on Skoop.
Delivery & Guarantees
The buying process is identical to purchasing from a standard merchant store. Every order is managed directly by the Skroutz team to ensure maximum convenience and transaction security.
Important Return Policy Note
No Change-of-Mind Returns: Orders placed on Skoop are not eligible for standard return/withdrawal due to a change of mind.
2-Day Defect Window: Return requests are open for 2 days following delivery, strictly for defective or incorrect items received.
Upon receiving your purchase, inspect the item immediately. If you identify any defect, you must submit a return request within 2 business days.
Geographic Availability: The Skoop service currently supports shipments exclusively within Greece.
