According to 39a service (paragraph 5 of the VAT Code) for businesses and freelancers who wish to purchase mobile phones, game consoles, laptops and tablets through Skroutz, an invoice is issued without the payment of VAT.
In order to use the 39a service in Skroutz purchases you must first:
- Obtain a pair of special passwords via the "Manage Special Passwords" application in Taxis
- Install the AADE program.
- Register to the service with the above mentioned special passwords.
- Designate at least one representative (mandatory even for self-employed individuals).
- Create single-use representative codes.
After completing the above procedure, you can request an invoice by selecting "Invoice" above the shipping details of your order. You can see the process in detail in the article: "How can I place an order with an invoice?".
In addition to the VAT number, for the issue of a 39a invoice, you will be asked to fill in:
- The details of the representative
- A one-time password for each shipment of your order.
After successfully submitting the information required for issuing a 39a invoice the total cost of your order is automatically configured in the basket, so that VAT is not included.

Important note The above steps are mandatory for issuing a 39a invoice for your Skroutz Order and it is not possible to issue a 39a invoice manually with the submission of documents. |
