Shipping costs are calculated separately for each individual shipment within your order, and all relevant calculations take place automatically as soon as you add products to your cart.
Standard Delivery (Physical Address)
For each individual shipment sent to a physical address:
Orders over €25 (Weight under 5 kg): Free shipping*
Orders over €25 (Weight over 5 kg): €5.00 discount on shipping
Orders under €25: No shipping discount applied
Delivery to a Skroutz Point Locker
For shipments collected from a Skroutz Point Locker:
Orders over €15 (Weight up to 5 kg): Free shipping
Shipments with weight over 5 kg: €5.00 discount on shipping
International Shipments (From Romania, Poland, France, Netherlands & Germany)
For individual shipments originating from selected EU countries:
Orders over €35 (Weight under 5 kg): Free shipping
Orders over €35 (Weight over 5 kg): €5.00 discount on shipping
Orders under €35: No shipping discount applied
* Extended Weight Limit: For select product categories (e.g., special dietary supplements, vitamins, face creams, diapers, and shampoos), free shipping applies for weights up to 10 kg. You can view the full list of eligible categories [here].
Where shipping discounts do not apply, rates are determined by the delivery address and parcel weight.

By selecting multiple products from the same store, you can combine items into a single shipment over €25 to qualify for free shipping!

Important Notes
Number of Shipments: The total number of shipments in an order depends on how many stores fulfill your items. For example, an order sourced from 3 separate stores will result in 3 distinct shipments.
Store-Fulfilled Deliveries: Select partner stores handle their own logistics independently of Skroutz. Shipping fees for these specific shipments are set by the store and may differ from Skroutz’s standard shipping policy.
Volumetric Weight: Total shipment weight is calculated by comparing actual weight vs. volumetric weight for each item. The higher of the two values is used to calculate shipping fees.
Geographic Availability: The Skroutz Plus service is currently available exclusively for deliveries within Greece and Cyprus.
