Home Delivery (Physical Address in Cyprus)
For each individual shipment delivered to your physical address:
Orders of €60 and above (Weight up to 5 kg): Free shipping
Orders of €60 and above (Weight over 5 kg): €5.00 discount on shipping costs

Product Origin: The above benefits apply exclusively to purchases made via "Buy via Skroutz" from partner stores located in Greece. They do not apply to stores located outside Cyprus or Greece unless specified otherwise in your cart.
Unlimited Free Product Exchanges: As a Skroutz Plus member, you can return products with zero return shipping costs if you wish to exchange them for another item for any reason (including defective or incorrect items received).

Weight Calculation: Charges are based on actual weight versus volumetric weight. Whichever of the two is higher is used for calculations.
