Payment can be made either online during checkout or via Cash on Delivery (COD). If paying via COD, the payment is handed directly to the delivery agent upon product arrival.
How does the service work?
Once you receive your product, our service partner will contact you within 5 business days to schedule an appointment at your home.
Exception: For orders fulfilled via Svuum, product delivery and installation/assembly take place simultaneously at the same time.

For select products (e.g., dryers), you can also purchase a stacking kit/connector bracket alongside the installation service. If available, you will see a "You'll also need" section under Additional Services.
Important Note: Your product warranty is not affected by installation performed by our certified partners.
Can I cancel the service?
The installation or assembly service is automatically canceled if you cancel the main product order.
If you wish to keep the product but cancel only the add-on service, you can do so directly through your order details in your account.
Svuum Exception: For orders handled by Svuum, canceling the add-on service requires contacting Skroutz Support, which will result in the cancellation of the entire order.
Returns: If you receive the item, change your mind, and wish to return it before installation/assembly occurs, you can initiate a return and receive a full refund, including the unused service fee.
