When purchasing a new appliance, you can also opt to purchase the uninstallation service for your old device directly through Skroutz.
This service is available in the following categories: Cooktop Hobs, Ovens & Cookers, Dishwashers, Washer-Dryers, Range Hoods, and Air Conditioners.
How does the service work?
If the uninstallation service is available, once you add the appliance you wish to purchase to your cart, the "Uninstallation" option for your old appliance will appear along with the service cost.
When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the service and the contact info of our partner handling it.
Once your new product is delivered, our partner will contact you within 5 business days to schedule an appointment at your home.
Can I cancel the service?
The uninstallation service is automatically canceled if you choose to cancel the order for your new product.
If you wish to receive the new product but cancel only the add-on service, please contact the Skroutz Support team directly.
Important Notes
The appliance must be easily accessible, in a clear space where uninstallation will not be obstructed.
The service does not include carpentry, plumbing, or electrical modifications required for the uninstallation, nor does it include the removal/disposal of the old appliance from your premises.
The service can be paid either online during checkout or via Cash on Delivery (COD). If paid via COD, the total amount is handed to the delivery agent upon product delivery.
