If you wish to return an order you placed from abroad or sent by an international partner store, you will first need to submit a return request. Once you submit your request our team will review it and once it is approved you will receive an email.
Upon receiving the return request approval email you will need to print the voucher and attach it to the return package.
Then you will need to choose whether you wish to request a pickup from your preferred location or to drop off the parcel to a DHL Location.

To request a pickup from your preferred location
- Visit the page “Schedule a Pickup”.
- Under “Do you need to create a shipping label?” select “No”.
- In the dropdown that appears select “I have a DHL Waybill Number”.
- You will need to fill in the Waybill Number found in the voucher (under the 1st barcode), your country’s phone code and your phone number.
- Click “Next”.
- On the page that appears, fill in your address details from where you prefer DHL to pick up the return parcel, the number of parcels that will be picked up by the courier company, the package size, as well as the date and time availability for the pickup window.
- Select “Schedule Pickup”.
Someone will soon be at your preferred location to pick up your return parcel.
To drop off the parcel to a DHL Location
- Visit the page “Find DHL Locations”.
- Select your country from the dropdown list and fill in your zip code.
- Under “Drop Off” select “I have a DHL Express return shipment” and “I have printed a DHL label”
- If you wish you can also fill in the packaging size and your preference regarding the DHL location’s working hours.
- Select “Search” in order to find the closest dhl location.
Then, simply, visit the DHL location you prefer to drop off your parcel.
