How do I submit a return request?

If you want to return a product you purchased through Skroutz, you can submit a return request directly from your account.

1. Log in to your Skroutz account.
2. Click on the icon of your account and select "Orders".
3. Click on "Did you face a problem?", next to the order you want to return.
4. Choose the product you want to return.
5. Select the reason why you want to return the product.
6. Choose whether you want a refund or to replace the product, if the option appears.
7. Fill in the "Comments" field with more information.
8. Upload a photo of the product.
9. Confirm that you have been informed about the Return Policy.
10. Proceed to "Pick-up Details".
11. Choose the best time and day to have the courier pick it up from your location.
12. Submit your request.
