All products that are faulty or they are not the same as the ones ordered, can be returned regardless, within a specific period of time.
In any other case, the product categories that are not eligible for return are:
- products that may spoil (e.g. infant milk)
- products that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if they were sealed and have been unsealed after delivery (e.g. headphones, razor blades, personal hygiene products)
- Sealed products that may spoil and have been unsealed after delivery (e.g. alcohol, coffee)
- Sealed audio recordings, sealed video recordings and sealed computer software that have been unsealed after delivery (e.g. video games)
- Sealed products that have been used and personalized after delivery (e.g. RAM, Hard Disk Drives)
- Custom-made products, according to the specifications set by the consumer (e.g. mug with a photo chosen by the consumer, keychain with a specific note written on it)
