While submitting your return request, you can choose to either hand the return parcel to the courier company yourself or have it collected from your preferred location.
Skroutz will cover all shipping costs for the return of any faulty products and their replacement, as well as the shipping costs for your first 5 returns within a year, and up to 2 times for every order, for orders that you simply changed your mind.
Upon approval of the return request, all you have to do is to make sure that you have put the return in a proper packaging, alongside any accessories included (such as charges or cables) and the purchase receipt.

Useful tip If the product you want to return is already boxed (e.g. a mobile device or a pair of shoes), add a wrapping paper or a bag, so the shipment voucher won’t be attached to the original packaging. |
