For 2 years after receiving a product, you can submit a return request on your end by selecting “Defective product” in the return form.
Once you submit the return request, the Skroutz team will review it and, upon approval, the pickup of the return package will be arranged by the courier, in the way you selected when submitting your request. It will then be sent for inspection either to the store or to an authorized service center, depending on the product.
The technical inspection of a product may take up to 10 business days. In case the product is sent abroad, this period may reach up to 15 days. Once completed, you will receive an email with the inspection results and the next steps of the return process.
