When an order has been selected to be sent as a gift during checkout, there is also the option to send a digital gift receipt.
Gift receipt as a gift purchaser
If you placed an order as a gift, and it has already been delivered, you will be able to send a gift receipt to the recipient, in case they want to change or replace the product.
From your "Orders" page in your Skroutz account, you will find the option to “View gift receipt”.
All you have to do is enter the recipient’s email address and click on the “Send receipt” button. Once the recipient receives it, they will be able to continue the process from within their own Skroutz account.
Gift receipt as a gift recipient
If you haven't already received the gift receipt, you should first contact the original purchaser and ask them to send you the digital gift receipt from their account.
Once you receive the email with the gift receipt, you will need to log in to your Skroutz account to access the order. There you will see the option "Did you face a problem?".
Then, you will need to fill in the gift exchange form with the necessary details.

Returning a gift is a similar process to the common return request, except for the fact that the gift recipient cannot get a refund. By exchanging your gift, you cannot have the gift order amount credited back to your bank account. If you wish to get the gift order amount credited back, instead of receiving a different product, you can request a Skroutz giftcard. The giftcard can be used on any future purchases from our platform.
