While submitting your return request, you can choose either to hand the return parcel to the courier company yourself or to have it collected from your preferred location.
If you choose to directly return the package to the courier company yourself, once your return request is approved you will receive an email with the tracking number. It is necessary to use the tracking number for your return to be free of charge.
Then, you have 3 working days to drop off your parcel at the designated courier center.
- Go to the ACS store you chose, or any ACS store of your choice.
- Hand in the parcel to the courier employee, mentioning the tracking number.
- The employee will print the voucher and attach it to the return parcel.

Useful tip The tracking number necessary for the return of your parcel will be available in your account under Orders>Details>"Did you face a problem?" as well as in the confirmation email you received when your return request was approved. |
Depending on the return reason, we will get back to you with more information about the completion of you return request.
The drop-off option for your returns is only available for return shipments in Greece.
