While submitting your return request, you can choose to return your package to one of our automated parcel lockers, known as Skroutz Points.
If your order is eligible to be returned at a Skroutz Point, you will see a “Return products to a Skroutz Point” option. By choosing it, and clicking “Continue”, you will be redirected to a new page, where you can choose the Skroutz Point you prefer to return your package.
Once your return request is approved, you will have 48 hours to put the parcel in the Skroutz Point.
You will also receive an email with the end date up until which you will be able to return your order to the locker of your choice.
Then, in order to return the parcel:
- Go to the Skroutz Point you chose while submitting your request.
- Depending on the Skroutz Point, you will have to either dial the PIN code you received through SMS/Viber, or click the “Return to locker” button on your Skroutz app.
- Once the door opens, place the parcel and make sure to close the locker.
Depending on the return reason, we will get back to you when the return process is completed.
