Shopping through Skroutz guarantees that you will be refunded the total cost of your order (including shipping) if you choose to cancel or return it.

Payment with card
If you have paid with credit or debit card, the refund process begins with the confirmation of cancellation or the delivery of the return package to the courier company.
Once the refund is processed by us, you will receive a confirmation email and the transaction receipt from the payment institution, with the title "Refund Receipt from SKROUTZ" from the address support@everypay.gr.
Also, upon completion of the refund process, you will be able to locate the refund and also download the refund receipt, from the cooperating payment institution, through your Orders, by pressing "Details" on the order you are interested in.
The refund to your account may appear as a debit transaction, cancellation of the payment order for your order, or a deposit from Skroutz Anonymous Company.
Finally, the time it takes for the money to be refunded to your account depends on your bank.
Refunds to your card are carried out in the same way as the payment was made.
If the charge was made in monthly interest-free installments, then the refund will be made in the corresponding monthly installments.
Payment with cash on delivery
If you have paid with cash on delivery, you will be asked to fill in your account details in the return form so that the amount can be deposited.
Payment with gift card
If you have placed your order with Skroutz gift card, the refund will be made by issuing a new gift card.
If you used a Skroutz gift card in combination with a card payment in the same order, in case of a refund, we will refund the money to your account and issue a new gift card with the additional amount.
