For orders paid with a card, after the cancellation or return of an order, the release of the amount by Skroutz is automatic.
However, the time it takes for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank and in rare cases it may take up to 12 business days.
If after this period you still do not see the amount in your account, you can contact your bank directly with the refund receipt that has been sent to you for further clarification.
Upon completion of the refund process, you will be able to locate the refund and also download the refund receipt, from the cooperating payment institution, through your Orders, by pressing "Details" on the order you are interested in.
In the following cases, the duration of the refund process may differ:
- If you have paid with cash on delivery, the refund process is not automatic but via bank deposit.
- In case of returning a defective product, a technical inspection of the malfunction may be required by the store or an authorized repair center.
- If you have paid in monthly installments, then the refund will be made in the corresponding monthly installments.
