Depending how much time has passed since the initial delivery , you can follow the instructions below to return the product in case of a defect.
Up to 12 months
For 12 months since the initial delivery, you can submit a return request by choosing "Faulty product" in the return form.
As soon as you submit the request, Skroutz will examine it and once approved, the return will initiate and the pickup will take place at the date and time you specified in the return request. It will then be sent for inspection either at the store or at an official service center, depending on the product.
Once the inspection is complete, you will receive an email with the service report and the next steps of the return process.
Important note If there is a defect due to improper use, the compensation will not be fulfilled. In that case, we will get in contact with you for the next steps. |
After 12 months
After 12 months from the initial delivery, you can still return a faulty product under legal guarantee or commercial warranty.
In this case you will need to contact us, so that we make sure the product is returned to the store and goes through inspection accordingly.
