If the refund concerns an order that has been paid by cash on delivery, you will be asked to fill in your account details in the return request form, so that the amount can be deposited to your bank account.
The information you will need to fill in is:
- IBAN
- Name of the beneficiary
- Bank to which the account belongs

Important notes
- You will need to click the box and confirm that you are the beneficiary of the account.
- The cost of cash on delivery, which is €2.50 per shipment, is non refundable.
- In the event that you want your money returned to an account belonging to any bank other than the four systemic ones (National Bank of Greece, Alpha bank, Piraeus Bank, Eurobank), you will be charged with the bank costs of the receiving bank. The costs of the paying bank will be covered by Skroutz.
