The shipping cost is determined by the shipping address, the weight, and the price of each product, as well as the category it belongs to. All related calculations are done automatically once you add the products you want to your cart and enter the shipping address.
If your order consists of more than one shipment, the shipping cost is calculated separately for each shipment.
Additionally, depending on whether you have a Skroutz Plus subscription or not, different shipping discounts apply, which you can see below.
To find out how the shipping costs were calculated for an order, you can click on Shipping in the Order Summary and view the Shipping Calculation for the specific shipments.
Shipping Discounts with the Skroutz Plus Service*
For delivery to a physical address:
- Value of individual shipment below 25€: No shipping discount
- Value of individual shipment above 25€ and weight under 5 kg: Free shipping
- Value of individual shipment above 25€ and weight over 5 kg: 5€ discount
Also, for delivery to a Skroutz Point, the following apply:
- free shipping on shipments over 15€ and weight under 5 kg
- 5€ discount on shipments weighing over 5 kg
For selected product categories, free shipping applies for weights under 10kg. Some of these include special dietary supplements, vitamins, face creams, diapers, and shampoos.

Shipping Address
The shipping address in Greece can sometimes affect the calculation of shipping costs for the order. Shipping charges may vary among the following areas:

- Mainland Greece

Calculation of Shipment Weight
To calculate the shipment weight, the volumetric weight is compared with the actual weight for each item separately to determine which is greater.
The greater of the two weights is used to calculate the total shipping cost.

Shipments to Cyprus
In the "Shipping Options," you can choose whether you want standard delivery (5 - 12 days) or fast delivery (1 - 3 days). The shipping cost is calculated based on the shipment weight and the chosen shipping method. All related calculations are done automatically once you add the products you want to your cart and enter the shipping address with a Cyprus postal code.

Shipments to Romania & Bulgaria
- Up to 4 kilograms: Fixed charge of €2.40.
- From 5 to 9 kilograms: Fixed charge of €5.50.
- From 10 to 14 kilograms: Charge starts at €10.00 (at 10kg) and increases by +€0.50 for each additional kilogram (up to €12.00 at 14kg).
- From 15 to 19 kilograms: Charge starts at €17.00 (at 15kg) and increases by +€0.50 for each additional kilogram (up to €19.00 at 19kg).
- From 20 to 30 kilograms: Charge starts at €24.00 (at 20kg) and increases steadily by +€0.50 for each additional kilogram, reaching a maximum of €29.00 (at 30kg).
International Shipments
The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight and destination country.
All related calculations are done automatically once you add the products to your cart and enter the shipping address in the country where you want your order shipped.
