The shipping costs calculation is based on the product’s weight, shipping address and cost, as well as the category they are in. All calculations are made automatically once you add the products to your cart and fill in the address details.
If your order is to be dispatched with more than one shipments, then the shipping costs will be calculated individually for each shipment.
Users that Skroutz Plus subscription enjoy special discounts on their shipping costs.
For Skroutz Point deliveries, same shipping costs calculations apply, but you’ll get €1 discount if you submit your order on Wednesday or Thursday.

Skroutz Plus shipping discount
- For single order deliveries valued under €25: No discount
- For single order deliveries valued over €25 and shipping weight under 5kg: Free shipping
- For single order deliveries valued over €25 and shipping weight over 5kg: €5 discount
There are some product categories for which you get free shipping for every shipment that weighs under 10 kg. Some of them are food supplements, vitamins, face moisturisers, diapers and shampoos.

Shipping address
If you are ordering from Greece, your shipping address sometimes affects the shipping costs calculation on your order. The shipping costs might be different among the following cities:
- Athens & Thessaloniki
- Greek mainland
- Greek islands
- Remote areas
Shipping weight calculation
To calculate the shipping weight, we compare the volumetric weight against the actual weight of each product separately, to figure out which is bigger.
Then, we take the biggest weight between the two and use it to calculate the total cost of the shipment.
Cyprus Shipping
While ordering to Cyprus, you can “Choose a shipping speed”. You can either pick standard delivery (takes 5-12 days) or fast delivery (takes 1-3 days).
The shipping cost is calculated according to the shipping weight and the shipping speed. All calculations are made automatically once you add the products to your cart and fill in your postal code in Cyprus in the address details.
- For single order deliveries with standard delivery (takes 5-12 days): €5 for up to 5kg and €3 per additional kg
- For single order deliveries with fast delivery (takes 1-3 days): €10 for up to 5kg and €6 per additional kg
For cargo products, the shipping costs are calculated as follows:
- €75 for 26kg - 100kg packages + €0.5 per additional kg
- €113 for 101kg - 200kg packages + €1 per additional kg
- €214 for 201kg packages + 2€ per additional kg
Skroutz Plus discounts are only applicable for deliveries to Greece, for the time being.
International Shipping
The shipping cost is calculated according to the shipping weight and the country that the package will be shipped to. All calculations are made automatically once you add the products to your cart and fill in your postal code in the address details.
- For single order deliveries in BG (takes 4-10 days): €6 for up to 5kg and €3 per additional kg
- For single order deliveries in RO 2,34 € (12,00 Lei) for up to 30 kg
- For single order deliveries in the rest of Europe (takes 4-10 days): €14 for up to 5kg and €3 per additional kg
