Of course! Now you can submit your order and receive it in Cyprus. Deliveries to Cyprus have begun from a specific number of stores for now.
How can I order in Cyprus?
- You can check if the item you want can be sent to Cyprus by clicking "Deliver to" in the Home Page, choose Cyprus as Delivery address and click "Save".
- You can also add the items you want in your cart and check if they can be delivered in Cyprus by submitting your address. In the question "Where do you want your order to be shipped to?" you will need to choose Ship to a new address > Find your address> Detect Location.
If the order can be sent to Cyprus, you will see the option below:
If one of the items in your cart cannot be delivered to Cyprus, you will see the message "Not available for shipping to the selected country"
You can then select the Shipping speed as shown below:
The final shipping cost depends on the weight and the shipping speed chosen.
The shipping cost calculation is done automatically upon adding the items you want in your cart and filling out your address with CY postal code.

Shipping Options & Rates
In the "Shipping Options" section, you can select your preferred shipping method:
Standard Delivery: 2 – 4 business days (via Air Freight)
Economy Delivery: 5 – 12 business days (via Sea Freight)
Shipping costs are calculated based on parcel weight, delivery zone, and chosen delivery speed.
The Delivery Zone is automatically determined by the Cyprus Postal Code (P.C.) entered in your shipping address. Once entered, the system calculates the zone and applies rates according to the official price list.
Pricing Structure
Standard Delivery (2 – 4 days / Air Freight)
Zone 1: €5.00 (up to 5 kg). Beyond 5 kg, the charge increases by an average of +€2.00 to +€4.00 per kg.
Zone 2: €9.00 (up to 5 kg). Beyond 5 kg, the charge increases by an average of +€2.00 to +€4.00 per kg.
Zone 3: €13.00 (up to 5 kg). Beyond 5 kg, the charge increases by an average of +€2.00 to +€5.00 per kg.
For orders over €200:
Up to 5 kg: Free shipping.
Over 5 kg: €5.00 discount on total shipping.
Economy Delivery (5 – 12 days / Sea Freight)
Zone 1: €5.00 (up to 5 kg). Beyond 5 kg, the charge increases by an average of +€2.00 to +€3.00 per kg.
Zone 2: €8.00 (up to 5 kg). Beyond 5 kg, the charge increases by an average of +€2.50 per kg.
Zone 3: €11.00 (up to 5 kg). Beyond 5 kg, the charge increases by an average of +€4.00 per kg.
For orders over €200:
Up to 8 kg: Free shipping.
Over 8 kg: €5.00 discount on total shipping.

Choosing to collect your order from a Skroutz Point Locker offers discounted shipping rates.
Locker deliveries receive a €1.00 discount compared to standard rates for that zone and parcel weight.

Zone 2: €7.00 (Economy) / €8.00 (Standard)
Zone 3: €10.00 (Economy) / €12.00 (Standard)
All final calculations are made automatically once items are in your cart and a valid Cyprus Postal Code is entered.
Important Note: Delivery times refer specifically to transit time by the courier once dispatched, not item preparation/availability time at partner stores.
