You can send your favorite item as a gift through Skroutz, with no extra charge. To do so, you need to follow these next steps:
- Add the products you want to buy in your cart,
- Go to the Order Summary,
- Click on the “Gift Order” option.
Once your order is submitted, the store will know to:
- Wrap your order as a gift,
- Upload your receipt digitally into your account and not put it in the order package.
You will also be able to send a gift receipt to the recipient through your account so they can exchange the gift through their own Skroutz account.
You’ll have to enter the recipient’s email address and click on the “Send receipt” button. Once the recipient gets it, they will be able to continue the process by their own Skroutz account.
If the store selected to carry out your order can’t support gift wrapping, a notification will pop up, informing you that “The store does not provide gift wrapping, but you will receive the gift receipt and the electronic invoice”.
The gift receipt will be valid in this case as usual.
