You can easily cancel an individual shipment of your order from you Skroutz account by following the steps below:
- Log in to your Skroutz account
- Go to your profile avatar and select the option “Orders”
- Click on “Details” next to the order you wish to edit
- Then, click on "Change or cancel shipment" above the shipment
- Finally, select “Cancel suborder”
If you have paid by card, the refund process is immediately initiated.
Cancellation of a shipment with “Delivered to Courier” status
If you cancel an order which has been already delivered to the courier, there is a chance that a delivery attempt will be made. In this case, you will have to refuse the delivery of the parcel. Once the package returns to the store, the refund process will be initiated.
