You can easily cancel your order from your account following the steps below:
- Log in to your Skroutz profile
- Go to your profile avatar and select the option “Orders”
- Click on the “Details” of the order you wish to cancel
- Then, at the top of the page choose "Change or cancel order"
- Finally, select "Cancel order"
If you have paid by card, the refund process is immediately initiated.
Additionally, if you wish, you can also cancel a single suborder your order.
Cancellation of orders with “Delivered to Courier” status
If you cancel an order which has been delivered to the courier, there is a chance that a delivery attempt will be made. In this case, you will have to refuse the parcel upon delivery. Once the package returns to the store, the refund process will be initiated.
