In most cases, you will instantly receive a message from your bank—typically via SMS or Viber—containing a unique One-Time Password (OTP) that you must enter to complete your purchase.
Important Note
This code is valid for one-time use only and is completely distinct from your Skroutz password or your card's PIN.
If you have your bank's mobile app installed, you may receive a push notification asking you to confirm the transaction directly within the app, without needing to enter a code.
Your order payment will be completed as soon as your identity is successfully verified by the bank.
