How can I redeem my coupon?

To redeem a discount coupon in your Skroutz order you will need to follow the steps below:

  1. Add the product or products you wish to buy to your cart.
  2. Select the cart icon on the top right corner Screenshot_from_2022-02-18_10-14-53.png
  3. In the cart page, select the “Available coupons".

  4. Find the coupon you want to use from the list of available coupons.

  5. If it is not on the list, tap "Add new" and type the eight-digit coupon code into the box that appears.

  6. Click "Apply".

The amount of the coupon will be automatically deducted from the total amount of your order.

Important note

  • Discount coupons cannot be used on cash on delivery orders. 
  • If the coupon is available for purchase from a specific store, make sure you have added to your cart products from that same store.

Useful tip

If, when entering a coupon, the following message appears:

  • "This coupon is assigned to another user" make sure you are logged in with the email address where you received the coupon code from Settings > Personal Settings > E-mail.
  • "This coupon is no longer valid" means that the coupon has expired (the expiry date of the coupon as well as the minimum order cost on which it can be used, is indicated in the email you received).

*Note: In case you are eligible for a reward bonus coupon (e.g., Mastercard Wednesdays) for one of your orders and cannot find it in your account, please first ensure that the relevant order has been fully completed and picked up.
