How can I redeem my coupon?

To redeem a discount coupon in your Skroutz order you will need to follow the steps below:

  1. Add the product or products you wish to buy to your cart.
  2. Select the cart icon on the top right corner Screenshot_from_2022-02-18_10-14-53.png
  3. In the cart page, select the “Do you have a coupon or gift card?".
  4. Enter the eight-digit coupon code in the box that appears.
  5. Click "Apply".

The amount of the coupon will be automatically deducted from the total amount of your order.

Important note

The discount coupon can only be used for purchases through Skroutz with a debit or credit card.

Useful tip

If, when entering a coupon, the following message appears:

  • "This coupon is assigned to another user" make sure you are logged in with the email address where you received the coupon code from Settings > Personal Settings > E-mail.
  • "This coupon is no longer valid" means that the coupon has expired (the expiry date of the coupon as well as the minimum order cost on which it can be used, is indicated in the email you received).
