The "Buy Now, Pay Later" service through Mondu allows you to make your corporate purchases via Skroutz instantly and settle them later with a single consolidated monthly payment!
What is Mondu?
Mondu is a Business-to-Business (B2B) payment platform that offers an easy and flexible way to pay for corporate purchases. Once your application is approved, you receive a purchasing credit limit that you can use to place orders on Skroutz.
To get started, go to the Corporate Details section of your account. If your business is eligible for this service, the option "Buy Now, Pay Later" will appear. By selecting "Apply" (Κάνε αίτηση), you will be redirected to Mondu’s page, where you will need to fill in your personal details, your company's details, and accept the terms of use.
Your application will be evaluated within a few minutes, and you will be notified of the result via email. If approved, you will also see the available credit limit that you can use.
Important Note: Once you activate the service, you can view your available credit limit as well as the date of your next payment at any time from the Corporate Details section.
Purchasing Process
Once your application is approved, you can make purchases on Skroutz using Mondu. The checkout process is the same as any other order:
Add the desired products to your cart
Select Checkout
Proceed to Payment Details
Select Mondu as your payment method
If you already have an active Mondu account, your available purchasing balance will be displayed
If you haven't applied yet, you will also be able to submit your application at this stage of the purchase
Select Go to payment with Mondu
You will be redirected to Mondu's page, where you will need to approve the transaction to complete the purchase
Payment with Mondu
Instead of paying for each order individually, Mondu consolidates all the purchases you made within the same month into a single monthly statement.
The monthly statement is automatically sent via email and includes all the necessary information to settle the balance.
The first payment is due 14 days after the monthly statement is issued, and settlement can be made either via bank transfer or SEPA Direct Debit (automatic payment order). Once the payment is completed, you will automatically receive a confirmation email from Mondu.
Important Note: If you do not make the payment by the due date, Mondu will send you an email to remind you to settle it.
Cancellations and Returns
If an order is canceled before you pay the monthly statement, the corresponding credit will be automatically deducted from the total amount due, and you will be notified via email.
If the payment has already been made, Mondu will initiate the refund process via bank transfer. You will receive an informational email with the refund amount, the relevant order, and the transaction reference number. Refunds are usually completed within 7-10 business days.
Important Notes
There is no minimum order value for purchases made through Mondu.
The credit period begins from the moment the products are shipped and the relevant invoice is issued.
