When your return request is approved by our team, the package pickup is scheduled from the courier the same way you selected during the return request submission.
Follow the instructions below to prepare the return package correctly
- Make sure you include all the accessories and possible gifts that accompanied the product you want to return and were included in the initial package.
For example, if you wish to return a smartphone, make sure you include the cable that was included in the package.
- Make sure you include the receipt that you received with the product.
For faulty products that might need repair, the proof of purchase/receipt is necessary so that the return can be accepted from the seller.
If you received an invoice with your purchase, you will need to issue a shipping invoice and include it in the return package. In case of a refund, the seller will send you the credit note after receiving the return package.
- Package the product in durable packaging.
Preferably use the initial packaging, and if you do not have it, choose a packaging that can protect the product for any kind of damage during transit.
If the product is already inside a box, for example a smartphone or a pair of shoes, add wrapping or a bag, so that the voucher is placed on top of it and the products package remains intact.
Important note If you return products to different stores, make sure you a package per store to the shipping company. |
