After submitting your return request, our team will process it and will keep you updated by email regarding its progress.
You can track the progress of your return request from your account:
- Log in to your Skroutz account.
- Click on your account icon and select "Orders".
- Click the "Details" button on the order that includes the product you want to return.
- Then click the "Did you face a problem" button.
Stages of a return request
- Pending: Our team is processing your request.
- Approved: Your request has been approved, and the pickup has been scheduled by the courier on the selected date.
- Dispatched: The courier has picked up the return.
- Delivered: The store has received the return.
Completion of the return process
When the courier has received the product, we will proceed with the refund or replacement, depending on the compensation method you chose in the return form.
If you are returning a faulty or defective product, it must be inspected by the store or affiliated service center. Once the inspection is completed, you will receive an email informing you of the findings and the next steps of the return process.
