If you chose "Replace" in your return request, we will send you a new product once the return is complete.
The replacement order will appear as a new order in your account.
You can track the order's progress, through your account, and through the updates sent to your email.
For faulty products, a service inspection must take place by the store or an authorized service center. Once the inspection is complete, you will receive the service report and you will be informed for the next steps.
Important note In case we do not find the replacement product at the same price range of the initial order in one of our partners, we will automatically proceed with a refund. |
