Verification of details on Everypay
To be able to receive money from your sales, you need to complete the digital verification process (eKYC) through our payment provider, Everypay.
Why is it necessary? Just like when opening a bank account, Everypay (supervised by the Bank of Greece) is legally required to verify your details. Your data is protected by strict security protocols, ensuring compliance and reliability of our services.
Getting started with the process
After entering your Personal and Banking details on Skoop, select “Verify your details on Everypay” to connect to the Everypay environment.
Login: Enter your Email and Tax Identification Number (VAT number).
Terms: Accept the terms of use and consent for the processing of biometric data (e.g., Face ID).
Verification: You will receive an email titled “EveryPay KYC: OTP Code”. Enter the 6-digit code within 5 minutes and click “Verify code”.
Step-by-step Verification
Once you are connected to the Everypay environment, you will need to follow a few simple steps by uploading the necessary documents so your digital verification can be completed quickly and securely.
1. Entity definition
The process of entering your details is done automatically, easily, and quickly via Gov.gr! You will log in with your Gov.gr credentials, approve access to your details, and confirm that everything is correct.
- Once you confirm your details are correct, select the field “I have checked the values of my details” and click “I consent to the provision of the details”.
Once you finish the authorization via Gov.gr, you will be automatically redirected back to the Everypay environment for the next steps.
2. Financial Profile
Declare your total annual taxable income, according to your latest tax return.
3. Face & Document Verification
In the last step, you will need to verify your face through a dynamic selfie and upload the original identification documents.
