You can verify that your order has been successfully submitted through your Skroutz account.
In order to locate your orders:
- Log in to your Skroutz account
- Click on your profile avatar
- Select “Orders”
In addition to this, when you successfully place your order you will also receive an automated notification email including the unique order code.
Once your order has been placed, you can monitor its progress from your Skroutz account.
Useful tip If your order does not appear in your account, there is a chance that you may have logged in with a different email address or that the purchase has not been successfully completed. |
