Skroutz point is an alternative way of getting your order, by picking it up from a nearby locker! This delivery option is currently supported for specific orders and in selected cities in Greece.

You can select a Skroutz point before submitting your order by choosing "To a Skroutz Point without waiting for the courier" in the question "Where do you want your order to be shipped to?" where it is available.

Once Skroutz Last Mile courier puts the parcel inside the locker, you will receive an SMS or Viber message with pickup instructions.

There are 2 types of Skroutz Points, ones that use a Pin and once that use the internet and bluetooth.

Skroutz Point that can be unlocked with a use of a Pin

Once the courier puts the package inside the locker, you will receive an SMS or Viber message. You can pickup the package within 2 days, following the steps below:

1. Go to the Skroutz Point you chose.
2. Open the message you received from the courier and find the PIN.
3. Type the PIN and press Enter.
4. Pick your package from the locker and close the door.

Useful information for Skroutz Point pickup with the use of a PIN:

• If the locker does not open, make sure you are in the right Skroutz Point and all the doors are closed.
• If you want someone else to pick up the order, you can cautiously share the PIN with them!

Skroutz Point that can be unlocked via bluetooth and Skroutz app

Once the courier puts the package inside the locker, you will receive an SMS or Viber message. You can pickup the package within 2 days, following the steps below:

1. Go to the Skroutz Point you chose.
2. Activate Bluetooth on your device.
3. Open Skroutz app.
4. In home page, find "Pick up from Skroutz Point" and click on "Pickup from locker".
5. Pick your package from the locker and close the door.

Useful information for Skroutz Point pickup with the use of Bluetooth:

• You must be connected the account you submitted your order with, in order for the button "Pickup from locker" to appear. Make sure you are nearby the right Skroutz Point before you click the button!
• Make sure you have internet and bluetooth activated and Skroutz app is updated to the latest version available.
• If you want someone else to pick up the order, you can do so quick and easy through the Skroutz app:
  • Locate the "Pick up from Skroutz Point" menu.
  • Under the button "Pick up from locker" you will find the phrase "Send someone else to pick up the order"
  • Click on the phrase and fill in the required fields so that the person you want has access to the order and pick it up from Skroutz Point.
  • A link will be sent to the person you chose, where they need to login with their Skroutz account.
  • Having Skroutz app on their phone and being logged in to their account, the option to pick up from locker will be available.
  • When they are nearby the Skroutz point, they will have have option to pick up from the locker, as long as they have internet and bluetooth activated.
