If your order does not appear in your account:
- Make sure that you have logged in to Skroutz with the correct email address
Please note that to view your order, you need to log in to your Skroutz account with the same email address you used to place it.
You can easily verify the email address connected to your account by following the steps below:
- Log in to your Skroutz account
- Go to your profile avatar and select the option “Settings”
- Select "Personal Settings" to see the email address at the bottom of the page.
In case you are logged in with a different email address, you can click on your profile avatar and choose the option "Log out" so that you can log in with the correct email address.
In addition to this, please bear in mind that if your order has been successfully submitted, you must have also received a confirmation email.
- Make sure that you have successfully completed placing your order
If you have not received a confirmation email and the order does not appear in your account, even though you have confirmed the email address, then it is possible that your order has not been successfully submitted.
In this case, all you need to do is visit your Skroutz Cart and confirm whether the payment method is selected in order to complete your order.
