How can I collect my order?

You can collect your order by choosing your preferred address so that the package can be delivered to you by the transportation companies we cooperate with. If you are located in Greece, you also have the option to pick up your parcel from a Skroutz Point, in case you live in Attica, Thessaloniki and other selected areas. Otherwise, you can collect your order directly from various stores all over Greece, if the option is available.

Postal Address Delivery

• To pick up your order at your preferred postal address, all you have to do is add the products you wish to buy in your cart before proceeding to the step “Where do you want your order to be shipped to?”. 
• At this stage, you can either choose one of your registered addresses or add a new one by selecting "Ship to a new address".

Please note that if you are located in a remote area without a fixed address, you are advised to add the name of the closest main street as well as other useful information in the “Notes” section so that the courier company can find you. You may also add an alternative phone number in case our associates need to call you to arrange your order’s delivery. 

If you live in Cyprus, you will need to first verify your postal address by following the path: "Ship to a new address”  > “Find your address” > “Locate Location”. If shipping to Cyprus is available for the products you added to your cart, you will see the relevant option in the menu.

Skroutz Point Delivery

If you live in Attica, Thessaloniki and other selected areas, you can automatically pick up your order from the Skroutz Point of your preference. If such an option is available, you will be able to chose "At a Skroutz Point without waiting for delivery" at the address entry section after adding the products to your cart.

Store Pick-up Delivery

This option is currently available in selected stores in Greece.

• If this alternative is available, you will find the option "Pick up from the store" at the address entry section while completing your order. 
• Please note that if you choose to collect your order from a store, all you will need to do is submit your name and phone number while you will have immediate access to the store’s postal address as well as operating hours.

• Once the order is ready, you will receive an email including all the required information 96 hours prior to the delivery date (4 calendar days). Please make sure to check the store’s operating hours and keep the order code within reach before heading to the store’s location for your own convenience.
