For orders returned with the reason "Changed my mind" (withdrawal), there is a return fee for bulky products.
Important note Bulky products (or cargo) are considered all large or heavy products, with a shipping weight over 30 kg or with any dimension (length, width, or height) exceeding 150 cm. |
In these cases, the return costs are calculated based on the weight and distance of the shipment and start from €30. If the shipping cost of the original shipment was higher, the corresponding amount applies.
