If you were notifed by Skroutz Last Mile courier that they could not deliver your order, you can schedule a new delivery date from your mobile phone.
All you need is to follow the steps you received through SMS or Viber. You will need to choose a new time and date that you prefer, and you can leave any extra comments you want about the delivery.
