When placing your return request, it is important to select "What went wrong?">"Damaged product" and inform us whether your order was sufficiently packaged by providing all relevant photos of the product and its packaging.
Also, it will be helpful to attach clear photos of the product so we can confirm the damaged caused.
Once your return request has been submitted, our team will evaluate it and you will receive an email notification regarding its progress.
