If your order was delivered to you in a torn or damaged packaging and you wish to return it, you can submit a return request from your Skroutz account.
When placing your return request, it is important to select the option “Damaged Product” under “Did you face a Problem?”. Afterwards, all you need to do is upload some photos that clearly show the package damage so that our team can inspect the incident.
Once your return request has been submitted, we will evaluate it and you will receive an email regarding its progress.
Of course, if the product is fully functional and you wish to keep it, you can always contact us to report the incident.
