If the delivery of your order is delayed or is expected to arrive late, a notification will appear in the “Orders” page of your account. By clicking on the notification, you will be able to see the cause of the delay as well as the new estimated delivery date, which will appear under the "Details" section of your order.
Please note that your order may be late due to the following reasons:

The original store rejects the order as the product is no longer available
In this case, we automatically search for a replacement for the product or products within the same price range among the shopping stores in Skroutz.

The pick up of the parcel from the store was delayed
The parcel may not be picked up on the scheduled date for reasons which concern either the store or the shipping company. As follows the appointment has to be rescheduled for the next working day.

Other reasons
Other reasons that may affect the estimated delivery date are:
- Extreme weather conditions or strikes, either in the receiving area or in the delivery area of the order.
- Periods of high demand and increased workload in shopping stores and shipping companies.
Finally, please note that if the estimated delivery date of your order is modified, you will receive a notification email about it.
If you do not wish to wait for a delayed order, you can proceed with canceling one shipment or the order in its entirety, regardless of its status.
