Yes, you can! While submitting your return request, you will have to choose the “Refund” option.
When the shipping company receives the package, we will proceed with the refund process according to the payment method selected in your order.
If the order has been paid by card, then the refund amount will be credited back to your card.
If you chose cash on delivery, you will be asked to submit your bank details on the return request form, so we can deposit the refund amount into your account.
Important note If you are returning a faulty or defective product, it must be first inspected by the store or an affiliated service center. Once the inspection is completed, you will receive an email informing you of the inspection’s findings and the next steps of the return process. |
