Yes! If the product you received is not the one you ordered, you can return it at no extra cost.
Within 14 days of the initial delivery, you can submit a return request through your account, choosing the reason "Wrong product".
You can then select one of the options below:
- Different product (for example you ordered a toothbursh, and you received a toothpaste)
- Missing items (for example you ordered 5 items and you received 3)
- Missing part (for example, you ordered a table and the screws to put it together were missing)
- Wrong delivered size (for example if you have ordered 38 size shoes and you received 35 size)
- Content mistake (for example you ordered a smartphone with 128gb of storage, and you received the same model with 64gb of storage)
Once the courier picks up the return package, the refund or replacement will initiate, depending on what you chose in the return form.
