If your order was delivered over 12 months ago, the submit a return request is not available.
12 months after receiving your order, you can only return a product if it is faulty, based on its legal or the manufacturer’s warranty. In that case, you will have to prove that there is indeed a defect by having the product inspected by an authorized service center. Then, you will have to let us know through our contact form, so that we can find the best solution for you.
